Rocklyn at Samuels Ave

Just got done talking with the office about a situation/problem I was having and they were such a great help. Kenzie and Victoria for anyone whos asking were so nice. Also the Samuels is an amazing apartment to live at. Ive had none but good things to say!!

I will be moving into the Rocklyn at the end of the month. The staff could not have been more helpful when I was looking. Kevin, in particular, was an absolute delight. Looking forward to moving in and starting a new leg of my journey.

The apartment's management is extremely poor, with unresponsive staff failing to address residents' needs promptly. I suggest looking for a different place with more attentive and efficient management.

First, I want to say Arnita is AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for and she went above and beyond. Looking for apartments in the past were always a hassle, but this was stress-free and it felt like home. I feel like a lot of apartments claim they are luxury, but Rocklyn backs up what they say. A lot of apartments fall short in some areas, but these exceeded my expectations. Arnita showed me several options and did not stop until I found one I was beyond satified with. Thank you again Arnita!!!

I'm leaving One Star because of the property manager Arnita session. First she will Move you in without following the correct process, if you know you know. Arnita does favors to get reviews how corny. She is so phony her attitude is horrible if you worked with her then you know as well she can't keep a team everyone quits on her or she gets them fired because she can't treat them like she wants to so many residents are moving out of this property and she thinks it's because everyone Is buying a house no it's because you can't run a property and people don't wanna tell you that because of your attitude she is very unprofessional she wants to know everything about you so she can discuss with other everyone she talks about everyone at corporate then smiles in there face when she needs them she puts them On speaker phone so we can hear what they have to say or lets us read emails or texts Arnita is so messy she consistently ask prospects or residents almost begging to leave a review about her you don't need to beg or keep reminding people to leave a review for you if you was professional and did your job with a good heart not because of a favor or you consistently asking! Everything she is doing will come to light she is nothing but a liar!
