        Looks nice, they are not done with the streets yet, prices are too unless they do a promotion of any kind which I personally doubt.

        I think the set up of small living is great! For the size of the house, it seemed very roomy and spacious. Of course, there were likes and dislikes. The pricing of the units are very pricy. I understand the price includes location, but I still think it is priced too high. It is worth doing a tour and making a list of likes and dislikes before committing.
