This complex was amazing over all, great location near so many cool places. We enjoyed our stay here! The community is respectful and nice, you will make friends & so will your doggos (if you got any)! I knocked off a star only bc the walls are thin, if youre besides the stair case you can hear people walking up & down the stairs which isnt really much of an issue, just when its later than 11pm. Also bc its hard to find a parking spot after 4:30pm we had to park on the other side of our building many times, they do have garages available but $130 is quite a lot monthly.. overall m I do recommend this complex! We had a great time & made many friends! The Office staff is friendly as well! Thank you Alyssa & Bri who helped us begin & end our stay! :D

I toured a while ago but was living out of the state at the time. I came back and toured again and I was just as amazed. I wanted to give this 5 stars but the only reason why it went down was because there was staff inside of the office that didnt help me (even though there was no guests besides me.) until Leo came into the office. She was great answered all of my questions and even took me on a tour. I ended up choosing somewhere else but was extremely pleased with Leo and the way she handled things wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. But if youre touring it is a beautiful place just ask for Leo!!

So weird and uncomfortable. I toured about 5 different apartments today, and this was the only bad experience. My mom was wanting to look at 1 bdrms and the woman wasnt interested in leasing her an apartment at all. She just wrote down prices on a sheet and handed it to us. We asked if we could see an apartment and she said they didn't have any 1 bdrms to look at. And that was it. Didn't offer to tour a similar one or look at the amenities, didn't even bother to tell us about them! We got more info from their website. Obviously, the reason anyone visits an apartment is to get an in person tour, so when she wouldn't let us see anything and referred us back to their website, we left feeling very awkward and unwelcome. Pretty disappointing bc based on their pictures, my mom was very interested and looking to move in asap! Obviously, like most people, she's not interested in blindly leasing an apartment. I don't know how they plan on keeping occupancy rates up with that kind of service and a brand new luxury apartment complex opening down the street.

I applied for an apt, but had to cancel. I cancelled within the 72 hour deadline in order to get my $150 admin fee back, but they refused to reimburse the fee saying that it wasn't within the 72-hour deadline. The fine print says that if the 72nd hour falls on a weekend or holiday then it's extended to the end of the following business day. I cancelled on that following business day.
