This is my second apartment and i just want to say how much Mayson has helped us. he want above and beyond with his service. our apartment looked amazing! the move in process went smoothly. our dryer ended up not working but it was no worries i called Mayson and he himself replaced it within an hour. this young man is the definition of hard work! 4/2/2024

Anaiah at the Chisholm was incredible helpful with helping me switch from money orders to online payments. Her patience and kindness made navigating the process a breeze. Highly recommend going into the office and speaking with her if you are unsure on how to work the online portal

Ive lived here since last august and so far my experience has been great! When ever I need something regarding my apartment the office team always looks to get it done as swiftly as possible. Ive also had a garage in the past and it was directly under my unit the process of adding it and removing it was very easy! Ive switched to first come first serve parking and its not bad until after hours. This area tends to be quiet and calm and I can only assume because of its placement which is perfect for me.

I completely LOVE my new apartment complex , Chisholm Apartments at Tavolo Park, everything about this apartment exceeds my expectations especially management from Anaiah McDaniels. Shes very knowledgeable, transparent, and overall great!

0 Stars. Absolutely infuriating! Don't even think about getting involved with them. Recent reviews are spot on. Received an email about cleaning charges after I ended my lease early, but no clear instructions on how to resolve it within 30 days they require. I moved out months ago. Trying to contact staff has been a nightmareindifference, dishonesty, and false claims about the manager being fired. Now potentially facing collections due to their unwillingness to help, with less than a week left and still NO response from them. This location needs a serious overhaul. Katie, Kya, Anaiah, and others are just not cutting it. We need this sorted ASAP and corporate contact info. My two years there? A total mess. I ended my lease early. Front office ignores ALL concerns, trash service is a joke, the courtesy officer is nowhere to be found, cars are abandoned, and though it hasnt been my experience- break ins and sewage leakages happen on the regular. Disappointing doesn't even begin to describe it.
