        Street level entrance doors are closed after evening hours leaving you to buzz the front desk who doesnt answer to let you in. Girl at front desk was rude and dismissive, no welcome or thanks for being lifetime gold. Worst attitude of any hotel staff Ive come across in quite some time. I wont return.

        Stayed here for a wedding. It was the perfect location to all venues! Only 2 small drawers and min hanging space. Beds were comfortable and nicely updated!

        Great service and stay all around. We were here for the weekend just for the Rangers opening weekend. I will say this is that the manager, Carissa, emailed me after my stay and its those little pieces of customer service and personalization that are missing from others. Amazing job to Carissa and her AC Hotel team!

        Nice hotel. Good view. Was afraid the noise of people downtown would disturb us but thankfully it quieted after 10pm. Enjoyed the room, didnt get to enjoy any of the amenities though.
