So I greatly appreciate Aspen and the staff for accommodations made when we all came in for a funeral on Monday to Wendsday. The first place they turned us away bc they said they had no record of the reservations. My friend with a 3 month old who drove down from Tennessee with just her friend and frantically called this locationand Aspen set them right up. This is how you do customer service. Her doing this will make all of us who we're down for the funeral make sure to a reservation book with y'all again. This is how you get repeat guests back. The biggest Thank you to Aspen and the staff for doing everything in their power to make the visit enjoyable and helpful to those who aren't from this state. Again, I can't speak highly enough of Aspen and her team making this easy and so accommodating. She's such an asset to y'all's company. Thanks again Aspen. Rooms: Beautifully kept rooms. Clean and spacious. Nearby activities: Hospital just in case baby gets sick. Bars, food, resturants. Safety: Felt safe and Again Aspen answering any questions we had. Walkability: Able to walk to the stores nearby and the Jack in the Box. Food & drinks: Great selection Clean Noteworthy details: Keeping my friend calm when she was driving in a panic and making sure to calm her and take care of her and her small 3 month old baby boy.
