The room smelled bad.
The shower box was 2ft wide. Literally. See pictures. Water pressure was insufficient.
The wifi signal works in the room but not in the lobby.
The breakfast food was OK, but the staff was lazy and incompetent. It took them 40min to bring our food to our table.
Late check out (3pm) was requested and confirmed. Cleaning staff didn't check and knock on our door. It was 11am, even though we had a do not disturb sign. Hotel was half empty, not like they were fully booked. No hotel knocked on our door before. Ever. Felt like they were kicking us out.
Unacceptable. Incompetent staff.
