        Vivian & Marlen were so amazing today. Im traveling from Chicago to Houston and its always good to meet nice people. They were super friendly and efficient in helping me with my reservation. Thanks ladies !!!!!

        Located in downtown Houston near the ballpark. Plenty of places nearby to eat. We could not eat at hotel as they did not have enough staff to seat everyone timely, restaurant staff seemed stressed and unhelpful. Elevators were not always working so be prepared to bring walking shoes. Parking is not great but acceptable. One final note the view out my window looked like a scene from Shawshank Redemption, so theres that. Rooms: Room was clean and nice for what we paid no complaints there.
