        My business associate attempted to check-in to this hotel on 3/11/24 and had a terrible experience with the guest service manager- Ines. My company does a lot of work for government agencies around the country and have stayed at several Holiday Inn Express & Suites and never experienced the amount of disrespect and unprofessionalism we did from this hotel. I will be contacting the corporate office to make them aware of who they have representing their brand. She is awful and needs to be reassigned. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

      Dear Ms. Watson:We are very sorry that we couldn't allowed your co-worker to check-in since the information you sent our hotel was incomplete, looks fraudulent and didn't follow the instructions on the credit card authorization form. We are more than happy to assist all our guest, but we cannot overpass many inconsistencies just because you yelled, were mean and demanded us to do what you wanted. Management
