Service is reliable and pricing is less than dealer. However, the customer waiting room is in dire need of chair replacement. All but two chairs have bonded leater stripped off. Nice coffee bar for complimentry coffee if you want to stand or walk while you drink it.

Came in today after a horrible experience the last time in hopes it would be a different experience but to say the least it was pretty much the same this time I had the pleasure to be helped by Amanda the store manager needless to say she was obviously having a bad day or she had bad rbf i wasnt under the impression they chose to turn down business i asked about getting a state inspection and she said they weren't doing them today.ntb has the best bang for your buck the next time I'll travel out of my way to a further one in hopes of better service

Hannah was very helpful in assisting me in picking out tires that worked for me and my budget. She also showed me three recommendations for my car and was not pushy at all. I have since returned with my wife and sons cars for tires from her and will continue to go to her for all our needs. A++
