Ive been coming here for a couple of years now that Ive moved into pearland for my family parties and at first everything was great and I loved coming here, but now I will say dont waste your time and go somewhere else. The boy and girl in the front are always on their phones and have their AirPods in and never help you until you ask them. They make faces when you tell them you need things loaded into their truck.I had to wait about 25min for them to load my truck and when I went down to ask them if they were going to they were both on their phone and started to argue about who was going to load them. I am writing this in the parking lot because I had chairs I rented and one of the workers told me you can get your chairs out of the truck and place them on the curb and Ill count them later. Like no Im not going to do your job. Overall the service has gone done a lot and I can say I will not be coming back here again. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about their costumers and actually wants to help them.
