I had rented a slip and slide with hoppers which had a leak and they replaced it within 2 hours with a much bigger slide with a splash pad. Jermeys (delivery person)service was great.

If I can give ZERO stars I would!! I called two weeks before my event to cancel due to unforeseen events.  No where in the contract does it state that any policies about cancellations. I emailed Hopper to state that I would like a refund but they only offered a credit. I explained there is no policy in their contract stating refunds are only given for credit, so i called to make sure I got a refund on my card instead. Heather, who was the one that answered, did not let me finish my sentences. When I told her to tell me where in the contract does it say I cannot get a bank refund, she said "I'm cooking right now and can check tomorrow" she mocked me on the phone without letting me speak and further more said "here you can speak with the owner who is right next to me!!" And proceeded to hang up.

Called to get a quote for a company event. Was quoted double the price for all items on the website. Heather also said that the website prices were only for 4 hours. No where on the website does it say for 4 hours only. It is all FALSE ADVERTISEMENT !! Be careful with these people. We did ask if they could compete on the train pricing with a comparable company who also carries insurance and Hopper moonwalk was not willing to compete, but also charging extra for the insurance. The major issue was the quote provided was DOUBLE the price of all of the items requested compared to the website. The tent could not be rented for the price shown on the website it was double and her explanation was
that hopper moonwalks did not even have enough staff to set it up and "we are not a tent company". See for yourself ! All prices are double.

We were looking for a really big slide and Hopper Moonwalks has the largest slides around. This thing was massive. The delivery people were so helpful and the office staff where very quick and responsive. We had the best time celebrating a graduation. Can't wait to rent again!!

THANK YOU for the exceptional service. You guys are awesome. They dropped off a waterslide on Friday and picked it up on Monday...seriously had it all weekend and we only paid for 1 day. Best weekend and best parties since we could have people over Saturday and Sunday. Definitely worth every penny. Heather helped us so much with all our questions and really knows her stuff. Shaun delivered the slide and was so courteous and friendly. We will be calling them again this summer for more fun.
