Good place, good price, very large bedrooms and at the foot of the river. The food was good, the chef was very attentive but the service was disorganized. Overall recommendable

Very disappointed. Third time visiting the Riverwalk. By far the worst hotel we stayed at. We requested Riverview... It was a celebration. Went with daughter and son in law. His first time there. Called ahead to confirm everything .. Went to check in.. no one at desk. We had to roam around after 5 minutes of waiting to look for staff.. We got a call within minutes of wheeling our cart in the room to unload... We checked in about 7 pm. Front desk called with a noise complaint from below. They were bothered by the cart being brought into the room??? !!! We did NOT get a river view... The only reason we booked there.... We overlooked an alley of the delivery. There was NO parking... Despite us calling ahead. We were told to park on the street. We explained we could not park on the street with the truck. The hotel next door allowed us to valet park there despite not staying there. We got better treatment and service at the hotel we did not stay at. The vending machine on our floor was out of water bottles. I called the front desk numerous times to inquire where we can get water bottles. They never picked up. Hotel next door was so accommodating. They gave us water bottles when we picked up our truck the next morning. We had breakfast in hotel restaurant. We were the only ones in the restaurant when we arrived. It still took about 20 minutes to take out order. I had to ask 3 times for my orange juice. I never received it. A number of my group went to the counter to ask again. They said... Oh yes... Then proceeded to go to a table that arrived 20 minutes after us and brought them their glasses of water. My French toast was ok... My strawberries were rotting. Refused to eat the black erries... They were soggy. Daughters pancakes were ok. Didn't get the bacon. Got a what looked like a hotdog instead. They did finally bring the bacon. The sausage looked like a hotdog.. Tasted like the all beef hotdog from Costco... Not horrible . Just not expecting that. They asked for our breakfast vouchers.... So we went to front desk... We were told because we ordered from Priceline we are not entitled. Despite the fact we did not receive much cheaper rates. Not enough towels for everyone. Tried calling. Never answered. I was exhausted after a 12 hour day and a long drive ... I just used a hand towel. Room was freezing. Could not turn it down. Setting showed it was on heat. Woke up sick from it being so cold. Fridge did not get cold. Had milk bottles in there. Control knob was broken off. We had to get an ice bucket and fill with ice for the baby bottle. Would never stay there again. Do NOT recommend. Terrible service.

Little hotel in a very quiet part of the river walk area. Outdoor area. Bar. Restaurant. Check-in took longer than expected but it was peak time and the gentleman at the desk was working hard to get through everyone. Room is a nice size with a comfy bed. Shower could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Keurig in my room broken. No big deal. There is coffee in the lobby. Upon walking in from putting my bags in the car I asked the lady at the front desk if she would like my keys back. Sure, whatever. I asked if the coffee in the lobby was ready yet. She said no. That is when I asked how I could get a cup of coffee since the one in my room is broken. Literally told me there is nothing she could do. Not a drink from the snack area. Not $5 off the bill. She literally did not care. IHG I expect more from you.
