Elegant Limousine & Charter - San Antonio

It appears they were hired by Horseshoe Bay resort to shuttle festival attendees to and from the festival. The driver we road with pulled up to the resort driving on the sidewalk. He then proceeds to yell at a family because they had a baby stroller that wouldn't fit (failing to realize it was collapsable) and was overall very rude to passengers and completely unable to communicate. He then jumps another curb while pulling out in front of traffic on FM2147, people about fell out of their seats and we almost got hit. The driver was unable to communicate at all, drove erratically the entire trip, did not understand TX traffic laws and had clearly never driven a minibus before. 3/30/2024 US DOT 2131974.

Ok, so I was told what happened on today's trip to Corpus Christi with the Frank Madla elementary students here in SA. I was notified first of all that the trip had been canceled but there was no verification of that. So Elegant was wrong ro assume that the trip had been canceled. So folks had to wait for charter buses to get it together. Originally the trip was to be set for 730am departure but that got pulled up to closer to 10am because someone at Elegant assumed the trip was canceled when it wasn't. It had been set up weeks before. On the way back one bus broke down. Overall, it was not a very good experience. I would think twice when choosing this company.

We used Elegant Limousine for our wedding on 12.21! Everybody loved the car!! Keith was so nice to let our dog ride in the car with us. Everything was clean, safe, and comfortable!!
