Very very weird that this is supposedly a retail store, but they keep their doors locked and you have to ring a doorbell and ask to be let in.

Opening an hour later than your stated online hours and automated answering service is seen as unprofessional and shows a lack of consideration for your customers' time.

They do take bikes in for repair. Just gotta bring your own parts.
