Otra Vez Couture Consignment

One of my favorite shops in San Antonio, especially for finding jeans, dresses, and shoes. I've consigned and purchased from here, and I've had great experiences with both experiences! Definitely recommend going if you're in the area or are looking for a special, unique piece.

First time here. Very impressive inventory. The girls are very nice and willing to help, hard to find nowadays at similar businesses. Have not consigned yet but policies seem very straightforward, no fees and the percentages back to consigners are some of the best I have seen. Will be back again!

Great inventory, with great prices for the brands they have. But customer service felt very selective and kindly rude. Noticed they were nicer to other customers by giving them complements and making them feel more welcomed while I felt observed the entire time I dont know because of my looks or either my baby being with me. I wasnt even allowing my baby to touch anything and my baby didnt even do any mess in the store. Anyways, made a purchase and a consignment. It was my first time and I wasnt even told how I would be contacted nor explained the whole process. When I approached to ask how would I be contacted I was given a look and didnt even say have a good day or anything like that. I wanted to like this store so bad, but I felt like an outsider my entire time spent in there. Hope that will change.
