Went in today with two bags of clothes. Most all name brand, new or very gently worn. Nike, Ann Taylor, LOFT, GAP, Abercrombie, Target, Lululemon, Alo and such. They purchased 10 items for $25. My Target, GAP and Amazon leggings and passed on the other stuff Im very aware of how the process works since this isnt the first time Ive sold at CM, but this is a first at this location though. Also, on the way out I saw theyre selling a knock off Marc Jacobs TOTE BAG, but passed on name brand?! Like what?!? I agree with the other review, do yourself a favor & if you have name brand items, sell your stuff online. Honestly, it was a waste of 3.5 hours because thats how long it took!

Im posting this review to share the experience that my mother had at this location recently. She is a loyal customer and has been for years. Unfortunately during the holidays she did a lot of last minute shopping. She was shopping late in the evening and was rushed out at closing time. At this point, she stepped on a security tag that was on a pair of pants and accidentally broke it. She forgot to mention it to the staff but still returned the clothing that she wasnt going to buy to the counter. Again, she didnt report the broken tag because she was being rushed out at closing time. She recently went back last week to shop and was told she was no longer allowed to shop at both locations because the owner suspected that she may have tried to steal product. She has history with the store and is part of the rewards program. She told me this very upsetting story because she didnt do anything wrong nor was there any proof of wrongdoing. I hope that the owner can reach out to her and make this right. Unfortunately, this was one of her favorite places to shop affordably and now she isnt welcomed which makes it difficult to find nice clothing at a great price.
