Maurices

Updated 3/26/2024 2:45 pm My daughter was searching for something to wear for her bridal shower and I suggested Maurices because I had such an awesome experience there a while back. It was disheartening to have my daughter call me just moments ago to tell me of the horrible experience she just had here. She said when she walked in the store no one greeted her. There was one other customer in the store and three employees. The other customer left which left my daughter as the only customer in the store. No one offered her assistance. She asked to use a fitting room and one of the employees told her you can just go in. When I shopped there a few weeks ago Ana was outstanding! An older Caucasian woman came in and the employees then flocked to her and asked if she need any help. I asked my daughter were the employees white? Yes I hate to be that person but that explains it. So sad that we live in modern times and still get racially profiled and deal with racism. Just sad and upsetting!This was my first time shopping here! The customer service was top-notch and personable! Ana made it an awesome experience by helping me look for outfits. She even got the dressing room ready for me by setting all my selections out and even suggested a few other items that went with some of the pants I selected I will be coming back for sure!

A little pricey but well worth it. The cloths are so well made and stylish. My daughter in kingman Az always ask for a gift card from Maurices and so does my granddaughter who lives in new Braunfels Texas. When they have a sale we go right away.

The store is fine, sometimes I find good things sometimes I dont but, goodness gracious they have the slowest checkout process.....
