Tommy Pennington Group- Compass Southlake

Rented a property managed by Tommy Pennington and had a horrible experience dealing with Cindy Reichert. She made false claims about the home and removed over a thousand dollars from our security deposit. Cindy also harassed me by phone and via text to convince us to leave the property better than we found it. Pennington did not respond to my requests to call her off. It seems their integrity and honesty is highly questionable unless your dealings profit the business in some way. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
