      image Temple Plaza Hotel, employee Austin, entered our room while we were sleeping to replace the television. My friend & I woke up to him in our room. He did not announce himself before entering at 12:45am. When we complained to the front desk, they did not take the complaint seriously. They said "he tried to be quiet while you guys were sleeping. We did not feel safe at this hotel. The hotel did not give us a credit for that night or any indication they knew this was inappropriate behavior. I even had to say to the assistant manager Joe that he needed to take our complaint seriously. I'm sure laws were broken at this hotel and staff seems naive to crimes that could have been committed against us. We should have filed a police report.
