Just rented a "Mid-Sized SUV" from them and they delivered me a compact SUV (Hyundai Kona). Downright ridiculous. I missed a phone call very close to my trip alerting me of the fact that they didn't have any mid-sized SUV AWD options, even though I rented one. I even called right after I booked it to make sure I booked a mid-sized AWD, and because I was taking my family to Jackson. The weather was terrible and we needed the AWD drive option (it was a terrible snowstorm that weekend). During pick up, I'm literally thinking "I can't believe they consider that a mid-size SUV", not knowing they called me previously and told me they couldn't fulfill my order. So that's on me. Here's where it gets dicey. They still charged me the SAME price as a mid-sized. No one cared to even address this issue during pick up. And even though the sales agent was incredibly friendly and helpful, she tried to push through additional fees for coverage without asking (road-side assistance, etc). Had I not noticed the check marks on the contract, I would have ballooned my rental fee by a few more hundred dollars. Anyway, the drive was fine but I completely got hosed by them. And they also didn't even provide me with a car containing a full tank of gas (is this normal?). Really disappointing.

Kevin and Melissa helped my circumstances, way beyond my expectations. I had accepted the insurance adjusters decision to provide a small rental vehicle while my premium Avalon was being repaired for the next 2-3 weeks. The insurance company had accepted liability for an accident leaving me without transportation. I really could care less what I drive, except that my parents (90yr old/86yr old) live with me and I am their transportation. Getting into a small car for them is difficult. Kevin called the insurance company and got a full-sized car (still seems small compared the the luxury of an Avalon) BUT, wow, can't believe the initiative taken to make a difference for my elderly parents. Super helpful. Thank you!
