El Pollo Loco

Today, my team opted for El Pollo Loco for lunch. We compiled our individual orders and designated someone to handle the pickup. Personally, I requested a Chicken & Baja Shrimp tostada with extra avocado, and no beans or rice. Upon receiving our food back at the office and beginning our meal, it became evident that the order was inaccurately prepared. The salad contained only four shrimp, lacked chicken entirely, and included just three thin slices of avocado. This marks the second occasion where our to-go order was incorrect. Consequently, we have decided not to continue patronizing this location in the future.

I didn't enjoy my food. I got the chicken burrito with chips. I asked for avacado to be added. Thankfully they didn't forget. But it was only in the last two bites of my burrito and it was severely under ripe. I know with avacados it's a hard balance, but yuuuck. It's too expensive and I eat out too rarely to receive food like this. I have no complaints about the service.
