Elli was the absolute best! I am so happy he was behind the copy/service counter when I arrived. He skillfully and kindly navigated several customers at once, helped me out of a bind, multi-tasked beautifully, and made everyone feel heard and taken care of. Dont ever bother going here the printer people dont even know what theyre doing and they take their sweet time texting and talking about work drama instead of working. They promise that theyll get things done and theyre super behind and they say that their paper quality is great and then switch it out without even telling you on your print order. Huge waste of time.

Always great service with a smile. Easy to find what I need. Rewards program saves me money although not being able recycling 15% off credit on ink is frustrating. I understand that is HP & Canon issue.

Bought some business cards online, it said it would be done that day but the day after when I got around to picking them up they weren't printed yet, the lady was good and apologized and took responsibility. But the quality of the business cards was subpar they were poorly cut, much darker and much less resolution than what I uploaded to be printed.

Dont use this location for your UPS drop-off. One register and employee for returns and several employees standing around that dont jump in to work the long line. Horrible!
