    Clueless customer service. Im a teacher who has bought supplies there every year. I went the other day and They told me I would not be able to use my districts tax exemption, because it was no longer in the system. No explanation as to why was given. She just shrugged her shoulders and management didnt bother to come help. He just told the cashierno. So I had to leave my cart full of supplies there. I went to office max next, and they were extremely helpful.

    Printing and marketing services failed me, I had a great ceremony with no certificates for my black belts, I had to make sure that all the masters then sign again on a different piece of paper. The bottom half of my 11x17 color prints for certificates or messed up all five of them because Staples didn't service their machines.

    Just recieved the worst service in your store tonight. We were interested in purchasing a office chair but you did not have it in stock. We were told we could go to Riverdale, they have one. The price on your system was not the same as the tag on the chair, chairs did not even look the same. The associate on the floor was not helpful, would not come to the office chairs to assist at all. I took the chair to him in the front of the store asked if we could buy that one but were told that we would have to pay the $15 dollars for having it put together. "That is just how it is" he said. I have worked in retail for 33 years and could not believe he was so unhelpful. We were in the store at 6:45 on 6,/4.

    No one seems to care about customer service anymore. I go to a store to spend my money and have a good and helpful experience while doing so. I would leave zero stores if that was a possibility. This is a major reason why these types of stores are going out of business and the world is moving to online shopping. Customer service by the MANAGER was terrible. His employee was trying to help me with finding an office chair. When I found the chair I wanted I asked if they had anymore besides the one already on display. They didnt so I asked if I could buy the display. The teenager was super helpful and was like I believe so! Then the manager comes over and was very rude to his employee. Told him in a very nasty tone that he has to charge the customer a $15 assembly fee because they are short staffed and this means more work for their store... I told the manager I would much rather put the chair together myself but this was the last chair. He told me that chair was just put together 3 days ago. I dont really care when your chair was put together. Other customers have tried it out and I rather have a brand new one. But I am in NEED of an office chair before Monday. None the less I rather suffer working off of my couch and wait than buy from a store where the customer service is so bad. I came here to spend my money in your store, shouldnt I be treated like you want my business. Also the manager did not wear a mask and got very close to me and my family which made me very uncomfortable. Go somewhere else. This place is not good.
