The Paramount

Pros: Just moved in recently and we really love the layout of the apartment for the price we locked it in at. Daisy was the reason we moved here, both because she was a great help to us in the process and her personability. Whenever we come to her with a question or problem she always immediately works on finding us a solution. Our one maintenance request was seen to within an hour and temporarily fixed until they received the new part in the mail a few days later. Cons: The community portal/webpage is not user friendly and the phone system should be improved.

We love living at The Paramount and being in the heart of Arlington downtown. Vonetta and Daisy are remarkable and made our move-in process incredibly easy. They're always available and happy to assist us with any queries or needs. Throughout our stay, the warmth and professionalism of The Paramount staff have been great. We're truly overjoyed to be embraced by such a welcoming community at The Paramount!

Avoid this place!! We had three leaks in the span of one month and the leasing/maintenance team did not properly address the water damage and potential for mold. Maintenance took over an hour to respond to each leak and all they did was leave fans in our apartment, then paint over the water stains, which the stains continue to show through. Considering the amount of water that leaked through TWO apartments and down into ours, they should have replaced the drywall and flooring at minimum to prevent mold growth. In addition, the water is turned off at least 2-3 times a month, due to various plumbing issues in areas all over the building. We also had billing issues with Conservice where they were overcharging us for trash, The leasing office was rude, dismissive, and condescending when we tried to work this issue out with them. They did not answer the phone or emails, so I had to randomly drop by the office to be able to speak with someone. I have been trying to address this issue with the leasing team and conservice for over a month. Each time I'm told I will be contacted, but then I never hear anything after. Also, we have brought up the water damage and plumbing issues with the staff, but have received no response. Don't live in this building unless you want poor communication, plumbing issues, and mold.
