I had a great experience at Courtland Park. The building is older and the amenities are limited, but the apartments themselves are recently remodeled, the staff (especially the maintenance team and Dora at the front desk) are lovely, and the location is unbeatable -- everything I could possibly need was within walking distance. Additionally, I felt like the rent/parking costs were competitive for the area, and the rent increase at renewal was reasonable. I very much enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend it.

Lived here for a year and can honestly say I ran into little-to-no problems. The location is elite and finishes are high quality. The only unfortunate experience is with the mostly-unfriendly leasing/front desk staff. Especially Christina at the front desk - avoid her and you should be fine

I don't live here, but my experience applying for this place was hilarious really. They have a $400 "income charge" (which none of their staff could explain on the phone) and its to do a credit check. Are you joking? The worst part about this is that even with the $400 charge, it does not even cut off other applicants from applying. For the unit I was interesting in there were 4 other parties applying for the same unit, meaning there would be a 20% chance of getting the unit and losing $400 for these scam artists to do a credit check.
