After staying in the suite at Courtland Rosslyn I feel very at ease knowing my granddaughter is safe and in a really nice place. The amenities were very impressive and I found the workers there to be very helpful and friendly especially Hailee T.

Disappointed in the living experience here and how it has gone downhill since weve moved in. Youre not receiving the same here in terms of amenities and offerings as you would in a lot of other luxury apartments in the area or in the new apartments/communities in Navy yard for similar or less pricing. You definitely do not get a community feel here, and not sure what has happened over the past several months but there used to be regular happy hours or other events with drinks and/or food, etc. and I havent seen one or any community events advertised in many many months. Next issue that is not up to the standard youd expect for the price you pay here is packages. Also, over the past few months I have not received notifications for my packages once put away. Many packages remain outside of the package room and not put away. We were also once told to not park on certain levels of the garage due to cleaning so we parked on another level and were not aware that this was parking for another building in the same garage our car was towed and we were never notified, spent hours looking for our car and eventually discovered it was towed. We had to pay to get our car back and management didnt offer any compensation for this even though it was not obvious we couldnt park in that spot and we were given no heads up about our car being towed which they are supposed to do. It was super frustrating because we normally would not even park on that floor and only did so not to get in the way of cleaners as requested. Front desk is missing often and results in deliveries not being able to deliver to our door. Can only use amenities until 11 pm even on weekends which is frustrating and the front desk staff can be quite rude in how they deliver the message when you have guests over. Overall, I think you could find the same level of accommodation, amenity, modernity etc. for less and higher quality, better community, and staff friendliness elsewhere. A 5% raise in rent for current residents is also wild esp with prices already at 4k and up. If youre going to raise rent by that much then you also need to be raising your level of offerings to residents in terms of amenities and service.

My daughter recently moved into Cortland Rosslyn and I stayed in the guest suite. I was impressed! The facility amenities are so nice! The buildings are modern and clean. It felt very safe, and I do not feel worried about her living here at all. The staff that we interacted with were very kind.

Ronnie gave me a tour and was very helpful. He showed me everything in the complex and made sure that I had a thorough understanding of the fees, amenities, and benefits to move there from my current building 4040, which has been a disaster to live at due to a lack of amenities and proper maintenance. Anyone looking to move should go to Ronnie and request a tour. Looking forward to moving later this month!

This place is beautiful & the amenities are top tier! Im moving to the Virginia area for work and decided to tour here. I toured with Ronnie and he was very informative and a great guide. He found the perfect floor plan within my budget with great views of the city. During my tour I met a few residence on the elevator and they assured me I had the right guy helping me with my move. Ronnie made my experience for sure. Im super excited to be moving here.
