We discovered a nail in our tire on Friday afternoon and stopped to see if it could be repaired. Matt said they could repair it the next morning and gave us a 7:30am appointment. They were very pleasant and help and fixed it in no time! Thank you!

Had to get new brakes in a hurry they managed to get it done by the end of the day thank you very much. It was a little more expensive than I thought it should be but regardless, it was a rush job and they got it finished.

This place damaged my wheel while patching my tire and refuse to take responsibility! Ive been a long time customer, but after this experience will never take another vehicle here for service!
Update: Spoke to the manager over the weekend in person and showed him the wheel. Even though the technician assured him he didnt couldnt have scratched the rim and if he did would have told him, the manager agreed that the scratches were consistent with the tire machine and agreed to take care of the cost of the repair. Once all is taken care of I will update this review.
UPDATE: As of today Feb 3rd, I have not received any response from the store after sending the manager the invoice. They are not responding and its been over a month since I was told they would start the process for reimbursement. Goes to show how they treat paying customers.
3/21/2024: After two phone calls to Monroe customer service, I finally got through to claims where I was reimbursed the $170 it cost to repair my rim after nearly 3 months of following up.
