        I was asked who lives in my household, and while I understand these are North Carolinas laws, it makes no sense to assume they will be driving my vehicle. This person does not want to share her driver license or anything with me, so because of it I am at risk of increasing my rate for something that its not my choice and theres nothing I can do. If my rate increases then I will cancel this policy, it almost feels like a scam to charge more for no reason. Horrible experience.

        I absolutely abhor Direct Insurance and my hope is to never have to be in a position again where I have to be insured by this Company. So for now I will use you like an old shoe and when Im finished I will throw you away and never use your Company again. Good day
