Horrible customer service . Been a customer for years and this store has always been one to avoid if possible. Manager Christine needs retraining on how to handle customers along with actually taking the time to find her customers available promotions instead of being rude , snarky and making faces . Left and went to another store and immediately got the help I needed and was able to save $300 on a new phone purchase that manager Christine said there was none of without even trying . Horrible management . Try battlefield store , much better customer service with employees that actually WANT to help their customers.

Hubby and I went into the crosswalk location pretty confused on what we wanted to do. We were greeted by the mobile specialists by the name of BRIONA. She was amazing made the experience smooth and stressless. She had an amazing bubbly personality which had us laughing the whole time. I highly recommend anyone needing new phone service to go see matter fact run there. You won't regret it. BRIONA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!
