I couldnt even get through the recruitment process without being told I did not meet the distance requirement. However, there was no indication on the application in regards to distance being only 50 miles and that distance was monitored in order to be employed with the company. I am highly disappointed in this company because communication is not their best strong suit. I was only communicated how much the pay would be, both during training and after, training hours, and my start date. Definitely would not recommend no one to apply here!

Training is more like a social gathering and they talk so often, it makes it hard to study for the insurance exam in 5 days. There's also a lack of communication and miscommunication. It often seemed like a scam job due to them getting personal information from you and not communicating with you. They are very late sending out emails, so you don't know what to do until the day before. Some members of management are nice when you ask them questions and others just never respond to emails. Frustrating place to work at. Also, read your offer letter. It may be an at-will type of job, but they're not having you work from home like they offered you, so have other options open.

Great place to grow and enhance your skills. They are always looking for people to work. I use to work here for about 2 years and would go back. Pay could be better.

Going through the hiring process now. Havent started yet, but the experience I have had so far has been great. This company keeps me informed of updates and you can tell that the HR team is targeting to make your experience pleasurable. Great friendly environment the one time I did visit for paper work.
