        The Residents here are a true loving caring family and take care of each other. Through all the last couple years of hardship over a new virus I have never seen such a fantastic reaction. The building is grand and is a good place to live.

        Staff are friendly and do their best to provide the best customer service for their residents. They listen to their needs and concerns, and do what they can to help their residents. A lot of the complaints seem to stem from issues and factors that cant be controlled by the staff, e.g. supply chain issues delaying the replacement of parts. There are also old reviews on this page listing issues that have already been handled. Maintenance does a great job with maintaining the building and ensuring the needs of the residents are met in a timely manner, to the best of their ability.
