If this review is helpful, please make sure you give it a like . I was unimpressed by this hotel. The service was just okay. The room was just okay. The best part about the room was. The heat was good, and the hot water was amazing in the shower. There just was nothing special about this hotel. The hotel is situated in a good part of the city. But it's right next to the convention center. So every convention that comes through will definitely be staying at this hotel. Unfortunately for me. I happened to come during the volleyball championship. The walls are papered thin. So we had volleyball teams in the hallway, and they were loud. Apparently, they were so loud that the hotel had to put up a couple of signs. Please check the photos that I posted.

Everything was good except parking. A long way for an old lady to try and lug everything up to my room by myself. This is an addition, or rather a response to the "instructions" I was left by whoever responds for the hotel ...... Thanks for telling me that I could park in those reserved parking spots for people who are checking in..... SERIOUSLY??? OF COURSE I would have used one and not have left the complaint (hardly a complaint) HAD THERE BEEN ANY OPEN. I waited for over 25 minutes before I gave up and what was worse was that no one was monitoring the fact that people were just parking there, period, not just unloading. How do I know that? Because I took a picture of the license plates of 4 of the cars to see if they were going to still be there later and ALL 4 were there 1 1/2 hours later but 2 were still there in the morning when I wasn't able to find a spot to load my luggage back in my car to leave. So please don't leave a response like that for others because it's very condescending to assume this is something that I or others don't understand. Fix your parking or maybe employ a few staff to actually help customers to their rooms with their luggage. They used to have these people called bellhops. There's a novel idea. Food & drinks: Went to Spencer's bar for dinner and had an incredible blue cheese salad with bites of a filet. It was very good and the bartender Taylor did a great job for being as busy as she was. The cocktail, a spiced pear pie I think? It was very good as well. This dinner made the trip for me.
