Del Avery and the team at Heritage Home Loans . WHAT A TEAM!!!!
Del and the team got my wife approved AND into our house in, I believe, record time (3 weeks!!!). We found our house and viewed it on December 8, 2022, put in an offer on December 9th, and closed on the house AND moved into our house on December 30th!!!
Del made sure to keep up with all the paperwork and was available to ask questions even after hours (and Lord knows we utilized those after hour times a few times). He NEVER complained and made sure all of our questions were answered completely!!! Del stuck with us throughout the whole process and even was at our house when we showed up w/ the moving truck on the 30th!!!

DAVID AVERY is the best to work with!!!
At first I didn't really believe David when he told me that he could help me refinance as we are in a unique situation - I am a student working part-time with two properties. A bank we had done business with before kindly turned us away, but David and his team were able to help us refinance. We were able to pay off our new car, a HELOC, and give us cash to someday invest for our next property. He was able to do all of this without a noticable change to our monthly mortgage payment.
