Affordable and small community. Manager is present on property, she shows up day and at night multiple times each week. There is no office her and previous management would never come by. We had issues with parking but between maintnance and the current manager they monitor it day and night and parking is rarley and issue. This place is quiet and tucked away and close to everything. Applying was a breeze, and the apartment itself is definitely a hidden gem. The patio size is AMAZING and none of our neighbors are too loud or rowdy, even with little kids! Tawni, the current property manager is super, super sweet. She made moving in extremely easy and communicates very well and is always open to helping with whatever she can. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a cute 1 - 2 bedroom apartment.

Lots of positive changes since the new manager took over. She has drastically changed the parking situation which was a huge issue. She comes after hours or early in the morning to ticket people who are illegally parked or don't have a permit. I enjoy living here.
