I've been going to this shop on and off since 2012. I even brought company vehicles to Greg for repairs. This guy cost me a ton of money and time. I took a company vehicle for a small electrical problem. Greg kept the car for almost 6 months and never fixed the vehicle even though he charged me $1,200. I took the vehicle to the dealer who diagnosed and fixed the problem within one hour. I took a personal vehicle to Greg to have an alternator changed and it took 3 months to get the repair completed. The first time the car was repaired it broke down on us in Seattle. I had to pay for the tow back to the shop, and then wait another month for the repair to be completed. After the second attempt at the repair I still had to return twice because the car wouldn't idle properly. The final straw was repairs done to my wife's care which were done improperly. It was a simple tune up and Greg's team messed it up. Also, there were several times when I needed my transmission flushed and I'm pretty sure on at least 1 occasion Greg charged me but didn't actually do the work. Greg's team has also not diagnosed obvious problems with my cars but still allowed us to do repairs that really weren't needed. My last car was at Greg's shop for one year. When he returned the car to me it had oil all over the interior of the car, the drivers side mirror was broken, and the car had to be totalled upon its return because their was no transmission fluid in the car. This guy is and his team are terrible.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! This place is so good that I other shops refer them when they are too busy to take our business. That says a lot right there!! These men go above and beyond. Because it is hard to get parts for our older van, it takes a bit for the repairs to be done. However, these men get the job done and well! They are amazing!!!! My daughter has this older van and needed some work done and I know they could have charged her an arm and a leg because of the tedious work that needed done, however, they did not overcharge at all!! We are life time converts!!!
