        Had my wifes car in for a replacement of an already serviced recall issue. They had the vehicle in for a month. No offer for a loaner car/rental. The actual amount of work would not of taken more than 6 hours tops. We were told they ordered the parts the second day it was in the shop. Called multiple times for an update with very little response if any at all. This was all due to a fuel rail bolt recall. They had already done the recall work and then one of the bolts they replaced sheared off.
