I was Very Pleased with the service at Easy Street Auto. My car is running so smoothly and quietly. Amazing the difference from replacing a timing belt and shocks and struts. Thank you for your excellent care. And thank you Julene for your awesome customer service. You make every customer feel special. Vacuuming the driver side floor is a nice perk too.

Great place. Service is excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I went to the wrong location and got lost so I was a little stressed when I arrived. Juline was warm and welcoming. She made all the changes and fit me in so I wouldn't have to go to the other location. They have done major work for us before and this was just an oil change. Very pleased.

I came to Easy Street with major mechanical problems with my car and not a lot of trust after having poor experiences with several other major shops in Tacoma. Juline and Amanda were so kind, patient, and extremely transparent every step of the way. They took time to show me pictures of each issue with detailed reports and explain the highest priorities that would make my car safest without pressuring me to get everything all done at once. Once we decided on the work that was to be done, they were swift and efficient, which I appreciated as I was paying for a rental car in the meantime. I will be switching my regular servicing to Easy Street now and using them for any mechanical issues moving forward. Highly recommend!
