      image Candice R. has no idea what she is doing, she was unresponsive on multiple occasions using the same excuse both times. Not sure she realized she already used the excuse with me, making it blatantly obviously she was lying. She has had my information for over two weeks and still hasn't completed my return. I went to Jackson Hewitt and they had my return completed within an hour. If you end up with Candice R. as you tax "professional" you're better off going somewhere else.
