    Are zero stars an option? They run through managers and maintenance like water. The onsite managers must have to be rude to get a job here. Continue to raise rent and make tenants pay for the trash removal and pest control, when I never needed pest control in my unit. They will Nickel and dime you to death. They hire low budget terrible snow removal companies that don't do their jobs. Slumlords!

    DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!! My sons family with little kids were kicked out just before the holidays. The new ( for now) management company are getting rid of tenants so they can remodel and charge ridiculous rents. The buildings have changed management several times during their stay. I know it hard to find apartments now, but run from this one. I'm surprised they are even rated a 2 stars.

    Please do not rent from here. I moved out 6 months ago after signing a lease Sept 2022. Thought I had found my dream home... NOPE!! I had a "remodeled" loft unit all the trim was horribly painted. I was told upon moving in by the first property manager that they will clean my carpets AFTER I moved in due to the contractors dirty shoes. They never came to clean. I called corporate about this and the woman Lindsey had the audacity to curse me out a told me they my unit was "brand new" and no one has lived there before me (yes I have this recorded on my phone). Then they went thru 2 more manager before I left all were rude as hell. The office is NEVER OPEN OR THEY CLOSE BEFORE 5. They don't respond to emails. I'm only giving it one star because of Terrell the maintenance man who they had running around like a dog with no help..he fixed everything for me after the leasing office ignored my request. Not to mention we had no heat and the told us to put plastic on our windows, then I came home to no windows for 3 days!!!! I moved in and paid 1323 plus a 500 SD. I moved out September 2023 and my rent had went up to 1700 within a year. They added these unknown charges to my lease pest control and 3 others totaling 400 dollars. Upon moving out the I cleaned the house so they won't have to and they still kept my deposit... don't move here

    **UPDATE** Around the 6 month mark, the building was taken over under new management. This is when I began to have the most issues. When I initially moved, the prior managers gave me a temporary parking sticker until an official one was given to me. I frequently contacted the office with no response. I was never notified that the parking stickers had changed, my vehicle was towed. I contacted the office, with no help, they gave me a phone number that was not the correct towing companys number. It costed $500 dollars to get my car and they did not reimburse me and tried to make me pay for a new sticker when I previously paid when I moved in. Okay, I took the loss and moved on. My tub flooded, no one came to fix it for 2 weeks. The drier had been broken, several requests, no one fixed it. I feel like it was impossible to get ahold of the office. My last strike was the rats. Yes, rats. My unit had rats, I noticed my cat playing with a dead mouse. When I investigated, I found rat droppings in corners of the rooms. It took them a few weeks to do anything. The pest control did not check all the rooms and only checked over the downstairs. This is extremely ironic because every month the complex charges you extra for pest and trash. Another thing is the parking lot itself, Ive had my car hit TWICE and scratched by people. I dont necessarily blame them since the parking spots are abysmal and poorly done. Another thing to note thats very important: the area. It is NOT a nice area. Shady people hanging around at night, Ive had my car broken into. The office is very unhelpful, they just put up papers spreading awareness of numerous car break ins. I attempted to call the office several times about giving them my move out notice. I called 3 times, left voicemails and I even emailed. No response back. I had a feeling they were ignoring my calls, I called on my work phone and I got an answer immediately. I only lasted 1 year and I could not wait until my lease was up. The unit is beautiful, if you live alone this place isnt for you. It is catered to bigger families, and even then it is not a safe place to raise a family. I typically do not leave poor reviews, but the things I went through was very unpleasant and the unprofessionalism of the office didnt help. Theyre trying so hard to gentrify the area by renovating outside without a second thought about the real problems in the buildings. There are much better places to rent from, that are CHEAPER, and safer.
