        Made everyone in the drive-thru wait over 25 minutes for microwave food! It was so nuked I had to eat my sandwich without the bun! A chicken place that never has chicken available and the staff and managers at each location are completely rude! I would never eat at an establishment where they prepare food of such low quality! They hate their jobs and that is what is most clear! Call the BBB and file an official report thats the only way! Shut this entire location down!

        No ma'am, they don't have to worry about me East Cap or anywhere they are. The customer service was bad/ and my food was cold and old. It was 2:30 pm, what the... To get all the way home with food and have to nuk or warm your food up....no thank you.

        Up here at Popeyes Chicken on east capital they told us we had to pay with card no cash then when we got to the window I order the family meal with 10 chicken 2 side dish 5 biscuits so why did they give me somebody else order two side dish and two sodas so I got back in the line to get my order so they fix it real fast and didn't put my biscuits in there and was telling me that I had to wait another 5 minutes for them so in all I waited for 45 minutes in all in a drive thru

        Driver for Uber eats and none of the Popeyes had the items in stock for the 4 customers I had. Will never be taking a Popeyes order again.
