        So, you don't want to be petty with reviews you want to be honest! With that I'll just say this was a different experience. I will start off saying the location is great .. busy as it's downtown but you access to so many resources and that is a plus. The room is a room! Nothing is ever perfect at any hotel as it serves a quick stay purpose. However... I've never had to pay for parking or breakfast!? This somewhat bothered me due to how much you are paying for the room, your guests should eat and park for free. Event parking and breakfast dining *as outsiders can come in* they should have to pay. Not a paying guest. 28-38 a night for parking & 25 a day breakfast vouchers is ridiculous & if you don't have a voucher you pay as if you were at a regular restaurant!! No one knew or seen that there was a fee for parking or breakfast. (Do thorough research before going to your hotel choice) Furthermore, the "business center" is not that. It's one monitor that doesn't offer Microsoft suite and hooked up to a printer that doesn't work. Why advertise a place for people to potentially do light business on a PC that you can only use chrome? This set me back as I needed items printed and the staff did nothing about it. Either way.. other than the parking self paid breakfast business center and no shower soaps... the location is nice. It has a Starbucks right inside for all of you coffee drinkers! Good luck with this place

        I stayed one night at this location when I was in town for a concert at Fiserv Stadium. The location was perfect. It was just 2 blocks from the stadium. The room was very clean. The ladies at the front desk were absolutely a delight when checking in and out. I also enjoyed the glass elevatorsthey remind me of macys/Marshall fields in downtown Chicago. I had a great stay and would not hesitate to book again.

        Great services, perfect location, staff very friendly, Taliyah made the experience smooth at check-in definitely recommend. Food & drinks: excellent service at the bar the wings were my favorite part
