        SMASHED WINDOWS . . . . . I can't give this hotel any stars. Toilet kept running, bathroom door didn't close all the way, floor looked like it wasn't vacuumed in days, table wasn't washed off. When we checked in the front desk lady was very nice on Friday night, breakfast attendant on both days were nice and friendly, that is the only thing good about this hotel. Hot tub wasn't working. But then we woke up to our car window (along with several others) smashed in and car ransacked, the front desk attendant had no idea how to get a hold of police. Then there was a cleaning guy in the lobby that was very rude and a bit scary. I did not feel safe at all. UPDATE: DEAR HOTEL MANAGER - We asked to speak with you and the person at the front desk - said you sent a text and said you will not be coming into the hotel to address these issues. Safety: It was not safe at all.

        You need security or cameras! You also at the least, owe all of us a refund for our stay when we are left with having to pay to get our windows fixed and on a Sunday at that. $350 later for a window and $250 for a stay just ridiculous. Then the employees are rude as hell and don't offer any help or plastic bags. At least one of your other customers were nice enough to give gloves to help pick up glass!

        No towels, stained carpet and bedding, sounded like window was wide open. Could hear hwy very loud thru window. MANY cars broken into over night in the back. Not sure why usbc would have this hotel on their discounted rate list. Met locals the next morning that said that is a horrible neighborhood. Safety: Not safe at all.
