        Riverside Automotive is a an excellent auto repair shop! The mechanics there do very high-quality work for a reasonable price and get it done efficiently. Its great to be able to take my car somewhere on the east side, and know that any problem will be diagnosed and repaired. I much prefer to sit in Riversides waiting room on Oakland Avenue, or to take a walk around the neighborhood, then to be way out on some large highway in the suburbs, waiting hours for the dealers mechanics to finish a costly repair job.

        Our car unexpectedly broke down and this was the closest auto shop. The mechanics were super nice, polite, and started calling us with updates when it took longer than they initially expected. They really went above and beyond in customer service.
