OK, to be honest, I thought about giving this review four stars, because really, how can finding out you do indeed have to pay more than a dozen c-notes to the feds qualify for "Woohoo! As good as it gets!"? But putting it all in perspective, I think the service and convenience deserve more than four stars.Plus, I had done some number crunching at home and suspected as much regarding owing the gov, and Joseph at Instant Tax Refund$ delivered the news in a gentle manner. After a big year of moving across state borders, buying property and selling property and working in multiple states, neither Mr. R or I wanted to deal with the hassle of doing the taxes ourselves this year. During a downtown lunch break on we popped over to the tax store near Stone Creek Coffee in the Grand Avenue Mall and met Joseph and his assistant, who were friendly and ready and waiting to help us out. We went over some details and left the pile o'papers behind and enjoyed another blissful Milwaukee weekend.The following Monday afternoon we reviewed the completed documents with Joseph, faced the reality of having to part ways with some of our dough on April 15, paid our $75 fee and were on our way. Easy, cheesy.
