        Impossible to get in contact anyone, old management and new management leave alot to be desired. If I could give zero stars I would.

        The staff turn over is high, probably due to the business being sold frequently & the new owners/corporate management have progressively gotten worse over the past 5 years, increasing rates & late fees, also financial penalties for not having your own rental insurance. Access to your personal possessions are restricted under a curfew of 7 pm, not customer friendly if you work normal weekday hours & have a family responsibilities (like cooking supper). Understand: If you are in the facility after 7pm, gate access is restricted & YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LEAVE THE FACILITY UNTIL THE GATE'S KEYPAD GRANTS EXIT/ACCESS AGAIN AT 7AM!! Absolutely absurd! storage units are clean, easy access in & out. While using my unit, I was told by another person the management contacted them to inform them they had accessed their unit (which they store their merchandise of their online business at) "too frequently".

Our Southwest Drive self storage location is fenced and has a computerized gate, preventing unwanted guests from entering the property.Self storage customers can access the grounds with a secure access code.       We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced Tammi. Our site manager is occasionally out of the office when they do security sweeps around the property or are assisting another customer, but we understand your concern of having someone in the office closer to closing time. Likewise, we will speak with upper management to ensure that phone calls are answered promptly in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

      Thank you for your compliments on our staff and facility. We are most definitely aware of the inevitable potholes from the winter weather and have been waiting for some dry, warm weather to repair them. Looks like it should be very soon.
