Ive been a State Farm customer for 36 yearsthe worst customer experience Ive had has been in the last 4-5 years since James Reed took over for my longtime agentDONT expect to ever get someone on the phoneno one ever answersand if you leave a message for a call-back expect to receive a generic text message and then nothingyou might as put State Farms 1-800 customer service number in your contacts because youll get WAY better servicesome Agents seem to be in business just for the dividends and James seems to be one one of themIm switching agents ASAP
