I had put off replacing my phone for months simply because having to go through the process is never easy or fun. One morning I woke up and my phone was completely gone leaving me no choice but to replace it. I can't begin to tell you how wonderful Edgardo P. at the Northrise Dr. store was to work with. He took time to help me get set up and was so very patient along the way. His attitude was amazing. Edgardo never seemed frazzled even though it was getting busy in the store as he helped me, and he was the only employee on duty, he never rushed me to get out. I had to return the next day with a question and once again, his patience and helpfulness was very much appreciated. I highly recommend seeking out Edgardo if you're in need of great customer service!

Very friendly and knew his stuff but didn't take into consideration all of what I needed. The cord I bought had the right plugs to fit my phone but the cord is too short for my needs.
