Okay value for the cost, but the community manager is incredibly restrictive over what tenants can do with the space the pay for. Patios are banned from having anything other than chairs. I can understand no grills or smokers, but basically all other decor (bird feeders, privacy railings, etc.) or uses are fineable. They don't even want you to keep things like bikes on the patio/balcony.
The community also has no public facing email for questions or complaints, and all phone calls go to an answering service. It sucks to have such decent apartments be ruined by incredibly profit focused real estate conglomerates.

I searched and searched for a responsibly clean apartment in this ridiculously expensive time we live in. I saw several locations. They were gross, small or smelled of smoke.
I toured the apartment at Heritage with Kelly (who was wonderful to work with) and I signed the lease immediately. I love my apartment. It is clean, perfect size and most importantly to me, ITS VERY QUIET!! Close to everything in Manchester and Hooksett. Maintenance is great too and fix issues in a timely manner. My carpets were absolutely disgusting when I moved in. They addressed the situation and replaced all the floors in my apartment. Did anything to make me happy.

Edit 2/19/2024: this is all true but since Imelda has taken over the front office she has have been getting all of our requests done in a timely and communicative manner. Shes saving the place!
Would be a good area of Manchester to live in, however, the management is inattentive, non-communicative, and could not care less (or thats how they present themselves). Myself and many other residents have had similar issues of problems arising and being completely ignored by phone, emails and maintenance requests. Since theyve taken over management, my apartment has had cockroaches twice, and rodents on more than 3 occasions which was never a problem with the management before. Most recently, I put a maintenance request for rodent issues in October, it was never responded to and there was no evidence of pest control coming. I continued to email them through November and December (3 times, even ccing the manager) without any response to our rodent problem. We also had pest control requests open in our portal. Found another one today and they advised us to handle the problem as its almost Christmas for them and they wont be around. Nice customer service. For the amount of money we pay to have them manage the residence, there is no managing and for that reason I advise you to stay away. Would be a great place to live if another company took over.
