I watched a man who works there pick up my bread with bare hands to check off a receipt. I don't care how clean your hands are- don't manhandle my bread. I was also yelled at by the entire staff for confronting him. He also was going back and forth between the storage room, bathroom and the counter, so I might have ingested a literal staph infection or E. Coli.
Floor is always covered in crumbs. Bathrooms are constantly out of soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The food quality has also gone down a bunch- portion sizes are smaller and soup isn't as hot as it should be. Drinks are overpriced for what they give you. Please eat at the other location on Amherst Street next to T.J. Maxx and PetSmart.
